How To Use

• Installation:

            1. place the large CO2 column in the corresponding position.

            2. connect the CO2 hose to the gas bottle.

            3. place the bottle and keep it flat.

            4. connect the machine with the gas bottle through the hose, the hose on one side connects to the tank, and the other side connects to the machine.

            5. connect the valve of the gas bottle.

            6. connect the machine and the console.

            7. Before disassembling, first turn off the bottle valve, let out the gas remaining in the tube, then turn off the power, and finally separate the connector of the gas bottle.

• Operation Easy:

            1. Electric control: The operation of the machine is very simple. If the electric control is used, just turn on the machine's power, turn on the gas cylinder, and turn the machine switch to the "ON" position to spray. However, you can’t control the lamp beads of the machine in electronic control.

           2. DMX512 control: First connect the signal cable of the machine and turn on the power, set the machine switch to the "DMX" position, and open the safety channel of the first channel. Just operate the remaining 7 channels to control the corresponding functions of the machine.

            Channel 1: security channel (Value is 100-155, other values are closed)

            Channel 2: jet

            Channel 3: LED lights to travel from slow to fast

            Channel 4: bright red, light from dark to bright

            Channel 5: bright green, light from dark to bright

            Channel 6: bright blue, light from dark to bright

            Channel 7: bright white, light from dark to bright

            Channel 8: speed from slow to fast.

           3. After the address code is set, the channel with the same value on the console will use the channel for this machine. As long as you operate these 8 channels, you can control the corresponding function of the machine.

           4. To ensure that the machine accessories have a normal service life, it is recommended to control the continuous spraying time at about 10 seconds each time. When the machine is not needed, if you need to disconnect the air pipe, you must first turn off the gas cylinder switch, and then remove the tube after venting the residual gas in the machine. Otherwise, either end of the tube or the gas cylinder cannot be pulled out.

Q&A

• Q: Is it sure that the sprayed gas is free of slag?

            A: Yes, there is absolutely no scum. This completely avoids the discomfort caused by scum.

 

• Q: Can I turn off the lamp effect if I don't want it?

            A: Yes, the switch and color change of the machine's lamp beads have their channels. If you do not need the lamp beads, you can turn off the channels that control the lamp beads.

 

• Q: How many meters can the pipe be equipped with? How long can it be made according to the length I need?

            A: A 6-meter tube is provided at random. The length can also be customized according to your needs. The longest is generally not recommended to exceed 35 meters, but we also have customers who have made a length of about 50 meters. Because the longer the tube, the more process the gas occupied in the middle tube, which will waste more gas and affect the use effect.

 

• Q: The pipe joint of this machine seems to be different from yours.

            A: Yes, you have observed it very carefully. The joint used by this machine is the LSQ-S1-03SF 3/8 model, which is different from the joints of our other machines, so the pipe of this machine and other machines cannot be used universally.

 

• Q: Do you need a cylinder for each of your machines? How big is the cylinder?

            A: We generally use 40L gas cylinders. In order to achieve the best results, we recommend one gas cylinder for one machine.

• Q: How long can a 40L cylinder be sprayed?

            A: The test can be continued for about 40 seconds under the full pressure of a 40L cylinder.

 

• Q: What kind of gas is in the cylinder, is it safe and harmful to the human body?

            A: Medical grade carbon dioxide is used, which is harmless to the human body, and it is pure and has no odor and impurities. It will not cause the possibility of clogging the solenoid valve or the valve core because of too many gas impurities.

 

• Q: Can machines share several cylinders?

            A: It is also possible. One gas cylinder can be supplied to multiple machines, and multiple cylinders also can be supplied to one machine. 

                 Moreover, we do not recommend that several machines share a single gas cylinder. The use time of a gas bottle is limited, so several machines sharing a cylinder will affect the presentation of the effect.

 

• Q: How long is the machine warranty?

            A: The warranty is one year. If the machine is damaged and fails, please contact customer service the first time and provide your purchase order number and the video or appearance photos of the product work. We will start the after-sales maintenance service for you, and help you repair the machine perfectly. During the warranty period, replacement parts are shipped free of charge.

     But two of the accessories have the following conditions. The warranty will be different. 

1. The connector is consumable. If the customer does not know how to use it, forced to connect these two connectors. It is very easy to damage the joint.
2. The valve because the spool hole in the valve is very small, even if there are very small iron pieces or impurities in the gas, it will cause the plug of the spool. This situation belongs to the gas reason. So if you want to replace the accessories, the cost will have to be paid by the user.
