- Q: How long is the heating time? How long can I use it after filling up the liquid？
A: MK-F11：With only 3 minutes heat-up time. The 2L fluid tank allows for 4 Hours of continuous production at 100% without refilling.
MK-F11A： With only 80 seconds of heat-up time. The 1L fluid tank allows for 6 Hours of continuous production at 100% without refilling.
- Q: The liquid is oil-based? What kind of liquid it can use? How can I get it?
A: Not, It’s water-based and doesn’t cause oil stains. It uses pro-morning haze liquid. You can buy it locally. We also have to sell liquids, but liquids are dangerous and can only be shipped by sea. The minimum order is 200 bottles. Ordinary haze liquid can also be used, but the effect is different.
- Q: If run out of liquid, It’ll stop heating work?
A: Yes. When the oil is used up, the machine will automatically stop working to protect the machine, and there is a temperature control device when the temperature reaches 230 degrees, the machine will automatically stop working to avoid unnecessary losses.
- Q: The haze output can be timed and quantified?

- Q: Why the air pump is so noisy?
A: Maybe there is fog liquid in the air pump which caused excessive vibration. Need to replace the air pump.
- Q: The fog comes out with fog liquid, why?
A： It may be that the air pump is faulty and needs to be replaced.
When the machine sprays, the fog is not sufficient.
In this case, the centrifugal fan of the fog machine may be defective and need to be replaced.
- Q： Why is the machine not working?
A： Please check if the heater and pump are working. If they are working, it may be due to a malfunction in the LCD screen or motherboard. Please take a video and send it to us. If it's a display issue, replace the display. If it's a motherboard issue, replace the motherboard.
- Q： What is the difference between water-based and oil-based fluids?
A： Oil-based fluids may cause oil stains indoors if used for an extended period, and they can contaminate light if exposed. However, they do not require heating and can be used as soon as the machine is turned on. As for water-based fluids, you don't need to worry about these issues. They can be used indoors and outdoors but require heating.
- Q： Where can the fluid be placed? What should I do with unused fluid?
A： Unscrew the fog outlet cap and pour out the oil-based fluid. For unused fluid, you can pour it into additional bottles.
