How To Use

• Steps To Use:

            1. Place the machine on a firm level and use it to adjust the angle of the mouthpiece as required. First, open the oil lid, and add 2 liters of fog oil.

            2. Plug the power cord into a grounded 22 amp socket, a ground fault interrupt socket will be the primary choice.

            3. If you use the remote control, please connect the remote control receiver, and turn on the power switch. The machine automatically heats for about 3 minutes and the display shows HAZE READY, and you can use the machine, UP, and DOWN buttons to adjust the size of the smoke, which can be adjusted according to the demand Value value. Remote control button A turns off the machine and remote control button B turns on.

            4. If using the DMX512 control mode, when the machine warm-up successfully, the display shows HAZE READY, a channel to adjust the fan size, and 2-channel control smoke.

            5. If using the timing quantitative control mode, after the machine heating is completed, adjust the size of the smoke as required, and smoke out time and smoke out time.

• Q: How long is the heating time? How long can I use it after filling up the liquid？

             A: MK-F11：With 3 minutes heat-up time. The 2L fluid tank allows for 4 Hours of continuous production at 100% without refilling.

                  MK-F11A： With only 80 seconds of heat-up time. The 1L fluid tank allows for 6 Hours of continuous production at 100% without refilling.

 

• Q: The liquid is oil-based? What kind of liquid it can use? How can I get it?

             A: Not, It’s water-based and doesn’t cause oil stains. It uses haze liquid. You can buy it locally. We also sell liquids, but liquids are dangerous and can only be shipped by sea. The minimum order is 200 bottles. Ordinary haze liquid can also be used, but the effect is different.

 

• Q: Can you adjust the spray angle?

             A: MK-F11： The haze outlet is magnetic, so you can adjust the spray angle to 180 degrees.

                  MK-F11A： The haze outlet is magnetic, so you can adjust the spray angle to 60 degrees.

 

• Q: What is the difference between MK-F20 and MK-F11? Which one is better? 

             A: Both can be used indoors and outdoors. MK-F20 machine is designed for life on the road with a sturdy flight case, powerful heater core, and advanced options, and it can be superimposed on the machine to save floor space. It can reate more effects.

                  MK-F11 Mist haze machines are small and it usually fixed in one place. Which one is better depends on what type of event you want to use the machine. The machine can contain 2L fog liquid which lasts to use 4 hours.

 

• Q: If run out of liquid, It’ll stop heating work? 

             A: Yes. When the oil is used up, the machine will automatically stop working to protect the machine, and there is a temperature control device when the temperature reaches 230 degrees, the machine will automatically stop working to avoid unnecessary losses.

 

• Q: The haze output can be timed and quantified?

             A: It has an easy-to-read LED function display with a built-in timer, complete fog output, fan speed control via the Timer button, and continuous, intermittent, or manually triggered hazing. Allows for the perfect speed of output and thickness of fog effects for any application.

 

• Q: It can be used at the club and outdoors? 

             A: It can be used indoors and outdoors.  It is the best choice for those stage designers, performers, audiences, concerts, theatres, etc.

 

• Q: Is the timed quantification set every time it is turned on or is it automatically saved?

             A: It’ll not be saved automatically and needs to be set after using the machine.

 

• Q: Why the air pump is so noisy?

             A: Maybe there is fog liquid in the air pump which caused excessive vibration. Need to replace the air pump.

 

• Q: The fog comes out with fog liquid, why?

             A: The air pump may be broken, need to replace the air pump.

                  When the machine sprays, the fog is not tiny.

                  In this case, the centrifugal fan of the haze machine may be broken, and need to replace.

 

• Q: The machine is not working, why?

             A: Please check if the heater and pump are working, if so, the LCD or mainboard may be defective. Please take us videos, we will help you solve the problems.

 

• Q: What is the difference between water-based liquid and oil-based liquid?

             A: If the oil-based liquid is used indoors for a long time, it’ll cause oil stains in the room. If there is light, it will pollute the light. But it doesn’t need to be heated, it can be used as soon as it is turned on. But for water-based liquid, you don't need to worry about this. It can be used outdoors and indoors, but it requires heating.

 

• Q: Where can I put the liquid? what about the unused liquid?

             A: Unscrew the cap of the haze outlet and pour water-based liquid. For the unused liquid, you can pour it into an additional bottle.
